PRA Applauds Senators Marshall and Hickenlooper for Healthcare Price Transparency Support

Today, Cynthia Fisher, Founder and Chairman of PatientRightsAdvocate.org, issued the following statement praising Senators Roger Marshall, M.D. (R-Kansas) and John Hickenlooper (D-Colorado) for their support of Healthcare Price Transparency during the Senate HELP Committee “Making Health Care Affordable Again: Healing a Broken System” hearing.

“Price transparency is the catalyst to revolutionizing healthcare and empowering consumers and employers, who are the true purchasers of care and coverage. We applaud Senators Marshall and Hickenlooper for their bold leadership on the bipartisan ‘Patients Deserve Price Tags Act’ and urge every lawmaker to join their efforts to deliver real, upfront prices.
